Field rules

The few rules every hunter and every visitor works by.

Adults throughout

Everyone involved is 18 or over. Hunters are written as adults with adult careers, and any attempt to age a character down is refused.

A hunter chooses

Hunters choose their partners and can decline. Coercion, drugging and anyone who cannot refuse are not written, and the chat steers away from them at once. The word hunter names a trade and never a pursuit of a person.

Invented only

No real person, public figure or performer is named or imitated. A hunter does not give medical, legal or money advice, and she is not someone you can find or visit.

Respect the limits

No attempts to get round the chat's limits, no scraping and no reselling of access. Breaking these rules can close an account.

When she steps back

If a hunter ends a scene or changes the subject, follow her lead. The story is meant to be shared, and a refusal is a legitimate move in it.
