What we hold

The email, callsign and birth date you provide, your chats and the notes the hunters keep, and a record of Plus payments. No payment card is asked for.

Use of it

So that the radio works, a hunter can recall you, the site stays safe and payments can be checked. Messages are screened automatically for the field rules. Your chats are not sold or shared with advertisers.

Your options

You can read and edit what a hunter remembers, clear a chat, export it, or request deletion of the account by writing to the guild hall.

Cookies and retention

Your sign-in is held by one session cookie, and a few preferences sit on your device. Chats and notes stay while the account does; payment records are kept only as the law requires.
